This is my first time in Italy with my family. It’s a lovely place and I recommend it. In our experience, I would appreciate it if they provided a kettle for each room or an option for those who really enjoy tea or coffee. They could add more protection to the showers to contain the water better because they still have curtains to prevent getting the floors wet (the curtains are very friendly, they like hugging and sticking to you while you shower) but the shower is amazing. All of the staff are very kind and helpful. I’m ashamed that I know nothing in Italian but they were awesome. You don’t have to worry about parking. The swimming pool is very fun. The problem with staying outside is the mosquitoes, in that case you can have mosquito repellent. The beaches are not far from the hotel.

Quiet place and quiet hotel, very friendly staff, it is good value. If you will explore other cities like Treviso etc perfect there is direct bus 2.5 Euro singe way. Not so many restaurants around the hotel, there was one perfect pizzas never seen even in Venice same quality close to hotel.

it was okay, had a nice pool ( when it was not closed ) 🙂but anyway, a good base for excusions in Treviso/Veneto

Charming and comfortable, in a very cute village with a quick ride to Treviso or Noventa di Piave outlet. Lovely pool for kids and hotel grounds. Spacious family room at the top floor if the newer building, with a large window and a great view.
